Check Valve Type FI-RV

Check Valves of the FI-RV series facilitate the straight connection of two metric sized tubes with equal outside diameters and permit fluids to flow in only one direction whilst mechanically blocking flow in the other direction

Characteristics and Features

  • Available in the Light and Heavy Series according to ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353
  • Suitable for nominal pressures up to 400 bar (depending on exact type and size)
  • Designed with a four-fold safety factor on the nominal pressure level
  • Standard opening pressure is 1 bar, consult STAUFF for alternative settings
  • Internal seals are made of FKM/FPM (Viton®)

Male Stud Check Valve (Flow from Male Stud End) Type FI-RVV

Male Stud Check Valves of the FI-RVV series facilitate the straight connection of a single metric sized tube to a female threaded port and permit fluids to flow in only one direction (from male stud end) whilst mechanically blocking flow in the opposite direction

Female Stud Check Valves of the FI-RVI series are equipped with female threads and permit fluids to flow in only one direction whilst mechanically blocking flow in the opposite direction

Alternating Valve Type FI-WV

Alternating Valves of the FI-WV series are used as switching devices for fluids, where the non-pressurized connection of the valve is automatically closed-off and sealed by a moving ball made of steel inside the valve body
