Fair Company

Lautstärke (copy 1)

The quality seal "Fair Company", an initiative of Junge Karriere, distinguishes companies which offer university graduates genuine opportunities, rather than making them promises while using them as permanent trainees. The evaluation of the companies is guided by five principles:

  • full-time positions are not filled with trainees
  • graduates who have applied for a permanent position are not put off with a traineeship
  • trainees are not baited with unrealistic promises for a full-time position,
  • traineeships are mainly offered for professional orientation during the training phase and
  • trainees receive adequate compensation
